We recommend that you save the file to your computer Desktop. If you prefer not to save it to your Desktop, choose a place on your computer where you can easily find it.

When you are given the option to “Save as type,” choose “Application.” The file should start to download. It will take 5-10 minutes, depending on which modem you are using.
